About Abi + Ari & The Founder

Abi + Ari is a Pre-Order based select shop. It runs 2-3 times a months with fresh selects directly from Seoul, Korea, which has fast become fashion trend hub. 

With over 20 years of design experience for NYFW runways + RTW dresses and my love for dressing, I opted to curate Episodes of select buys from small brands from Korea instead of launching my own collection label. It requires as much creativity and deligence in each curation as I would put into any runway collections, especially doing it all on my own.

The name came first about 8 years ago from the first 3 letters of my daughter and I. And finally, leaving 20+ years of fashion corporate life behind last year, the shop is here to dress women in all ages.

Despite many reasons that held me back from running back to the ‘glam’ Designer life, I am a designer to my core. I cannot fully abandon my urge to create once in a while.

So here at Abi + Ari, besides Episodes of fun clothes, I will showcase some on-a-whim, random projects called ‘Abi Ari Exclusive’ when the creation is meaningful.
